In short
- This policy covers the easysuite.us website, including its demo request forms and its privacy request form.
- We collect what you enter in our forms. With each demo request we also save the page you sent it from, including any campaign tags, and your country.
- We use what you enter in a demo request form only to respond to your request. We do not add you to a mailing list.
- Analytics runs only if you choose Accept. If you decline, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, it never loads. You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices.
- Our hosting provider keeps basic logs to run this website and keep it secure.
- We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
- Anyone can ask to see, correct or delete their information. Use the request form on this page or email info@argo34.com.
Who we are
This policy is published by Argo 34, which operates easysuite.us ("we", "us", "our"). It explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, which presents our EasyInk, EasyDocs and EasyEngage products and lets you request a demo.
It covers this website only. It does not cover the EasyInk, EasyDocs or EasyEngage products themselves.
What we collect and why
What you enter in a demo request form
- Full name
- Work email address
- Company
- Job title
- Company size
- Industry
- Phone number (optional)
- Message (optional)
Some forms ask for fewer of these. The form also records which products you asked about.
Why: to respond to your demo request. That means contacting you, setting up and running the demo, and answering your questions. We do not use these details for anything else, and we do not add you to a mailing list. The only exceptions are the ones described under "Legal reasons and a change of owner".
Please do not include sensitive information, such as health, financial or government ID details, in the message box.
If a submission looks like automated spam, we discard it without storing it.
Details saved with each demo request
When you send a demo request form, we also save:
- The full address of the page you sent it from, including any campaign tags at the end of it.
- The referring page your browser reports. For our forms this is usually that same page.
- Your country, which our hosting provider estimates from your IP address.
- The date and time, and a random reference number.
Why: to respond to your request and to see which pages and campaigns bring demo requests. We do not store your IP address with your request.
What you enter in the privacy request form
- Your name
- Your email address
- The type of request
- Any details you add
We also save the date and time, and a random reference number.
Why: to check and respond to your request, and to keep a record of it, which California law requires. We do not use these details for anything else.
Analytics, only if you choose Accept
We use PostHog, a product analytics service, to understand how people find and use this website. Analytics is off until you choose. On your first visit we ask whether you allow analytics. Until you choose Accept, PostHog's code is not loaded, nothing is sent to PostHog, and no analytics cookies or storage are created. If you choose Decline, or ignore the prompt, analytics stays off.
If you choose Accept, PostHog records:
- Pages you view, and when you leave them
- Links, buttons and form fields you click or change, including the words on them (never what you type)
- The website that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the page address
- Your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone
- Your approximate location, such as country, state or region, city, postal code and approximate coordinates. PostHog receives your IP address and uses it to estimate your approximate location.
- A random ID for your browser, and one for each visit
- Session recordings: how you scroll, move and click on a page, replayed as the page looked to you. Anything you type into a form field is hidden from recordings.
- Heatmaps: where people click and scroll on each page
- Technical errors that happen on our pages
- That a demo request was sent, and for which products (not what you typed)
We do not send your name or email address to PostHog, and we do not link analytics data to what you enter in a form.
Analytics requests go to our own web address first, and our hosting provider forwards them to PostHog. PostHog stores analytics data in the United States.
Why: to learn how people find this website and which pages are useful, to find and fix problems, and to improve the website.
You can change your choice at any time with "Privacy choices" at the bottom of every page, or in "Your analytics choice" below. If you withdraw your consent, analytics stops at once, and PostHog's cookies and storage, including its random ID, are deleted from your browser.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel, receives your IP address, browser details and the address of each page you request. Every website works this way.
The fonts on every page are served from this website too, not from a font service.
Why: to deliver this website, keep it secure and fix problems.

Our team
The people who handle demo requests get an email with your details. They can also see stored requests in a password-protected list, and may copy them to a spreadsheet to follow up with you. Privacy requests go by email to the people who handle them.
Legal reasons and a change of owner
We may also give information to others if the law requires it, to protect someone's safety or our rights, or if this website gets a new owner.
We do not give personal information to anyone for their own marketing.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising
- We do not sell personal information. We have not sold any in the last 12 months.
- We do not "share" it in the sense California law uses: giving it to others for advertising based on your activity on other websites. We have not done this in the last 12 months.
- We do not use advertising pixels or ad tracking.
- We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
Sensitive personal information
We do not ask for sensitive personal information, such as government ID numbers, financial account details, precise location or health information. If you include any in a message, we use it only to respond to you. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit it under California law.
How long we keep it
| Information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Demo requests in our storage | 24 months after we receive them. Then they are deleted automatically. |
| Privacy requests in our storage | 24 months after we receive them, as California law requires. Then they are deleted automatically. |
| Emails about your requests in our team inbox, and any spreadsheet copies | No longer than 24 months after we receive the request |
| Copies held by our email delivery provider, Resend | Up to 30 days, under Resend's own retention limits |
| Server logs held by our hosting provider, Vercel | Briefly, under Vercel's own log limits (from 1 hour to 30 days, depending on the plan) |
| Analytics data and error reports, held by PostHog | Up to 7 years, under PostHog's own retention limits |
| Session recordings, held by PostHog | Up to 90 days, under PostHog's own retention limits |
| Analytics cookie and storage items in your browser | The cookie: up to 365 days after your last visit. The storage items: until you clear this website's data in your browser. Both are deleted when you withdraw your consent. |
| Your analytics choice in your browser | Until you clear this website's data in your browser |
Your name, contact details, job details and messages follow the demo request, privacy request, inbox and email delivery rows. Browsing activity, approximate location, IP addresses and analytics IDs follow the server log and analytics rows.
When a period above ends, the information is deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as Decline. We do not show the analytics prompt, PostHog's code is not loaded, and nothing about your visit is sent to PostHog. While the signal is on, analytics cannot be turned on in that browser.
We do not sell your information or share it for advertising, so there is nothing else to opt out of. The signal does not stop what you choose to send us in a form, or the basic server logs every website keeps.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Know and get a copy. Tell you what personal information we have about you, where it came from, why we collected it and who received it, and give you a copy.
- Delete. Delete personal information we have about you, with some exceptions allowed by law.
- Correct. Correct personal information that is inaccurate.
- Opt out. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of there. You can turn analytics off at any time with "Privacy choices".
We use sensitive information only to respond to you, so the right to limit its use does not apply here.
We will not treat you differently or retaliate against you for using these rights.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We honor the same requests from everyone. If you live outside the United States, see also "Visitors outside the United States".
How to make a request
Use the privacy request form below, or email info@argo34.com. Tell us which right you want to use and the email address you used on our form.
Thank you, we have your request
We will confirm that we received it within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, by email to the address you gave.
We could not accept your request
Please check that you gave your name, a valid email address and a request type, then try again. You can also email info@argo34.com.
Verifying your request. We check that a request comes from the person the information is about. Usually we reply to the email address you used on our form and ask you to confirm. For a copy of specific information, we may ask for more details. We use what you give us only to verify and handle your request.
Analytics data is stored under a random ID, not your name or email address, so we usually cannot match it to you. We will not try to identify you from it. Withdrawing your consent deletes that ID from your browser.
Authorized agents. Someone you authorize can make a request for you. We will ask the agent for your signed permission. We may also ask you to confirm your identity, or that you gave permission. We skip this if the agent has a power of attorney for you under California law (Probate Code sections 4121 to 4130).
Timing. We confirm that we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we will tell you why. Requests are free. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why.
Visitors outside the United States
If you visit from outside the United States, this section also applies to you.
Where your information is processed. Our service providers process the information described here in the United States. Pages may be delivered from servers near you. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred to the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law in your country.
Who is responsible. Argo 34, which operates easysuite.us, decides how this information is used. In the terms of the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), it is the "controller". Contact us at info@argo34.com.
Why we may use your information.
- To respond to your demo request: you asked us to, and we have a legitimate interest in answering you.
- To see which pages and campaigns bring demo requests: our legitimate interest in knowing which of our pages work.
- To respond to your privacy request and keep a record of it: our legal obligations.
- To keep this website secure and fix problems: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
- Analytics: your consent, which you give by choosing Accept in the prompt shown before analytics starts. You can withdraw it at any time with "Privacy choices".
You can object at any time to any use based on our legitimate interests. Use the contact details below.
What you must give us. The fields marked as required on each form are needed for us to respond to your request. The other fields are optional. If you leave out a required field, we cannot respond to your request.
Automated decisions. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. You can also ask us to limit or stop how we use it, or to send you a copy in a common file format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This does not change what we did before.
Complaints. You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example in the country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Children
This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
- Every page uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Demo requests and privacy requests are stored privately. Only people with the right password or account can view them.
- We limit access to the people who handle these requests and run this website.
No website or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also point it out clearly on this page.
